1. Overview

These Templates are designed for use on the Showit website platform. By purchasing a Template, you are granted a licence to install, customise, and use the Template for your personal or business website, subject to the conditions below.

2. Licence & Permitted Use

When you purchase a Template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use licence. This means:
- You may use the Template for one website only (one domain/subdomain). 
- You may customise the Template to suit your needs. 
- You may not share, sell, distribute, or claim the Template or its design as your own. If you need to use the Template for more than one website, an additional licence must be purchased.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Templates, including the layout, design, graphics, and content, remain the intellectual property of the seller. Your purchase does not grant ownership over the design—only the rights to use it as outlined above.

4. Showit Platform Requirements

These Templates are created specifically for the Showit platform. You are responsible for: 
- Maintaining an active Showit subscription. 
- Ensuring your device, browser, and Showit account meet the technical requirements.

The Template purchase does not include your Showit subscription.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Since Templates are digital products: 
- Delivery is made electronically after successful payment. 
- No physical items will be shipped. 
- You are responsible for ensuring you provide a correct email address or login details to access the Template.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Templates, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once the Template has been delivered. If you experience issues accessing your Template, please contact support and we will assist.

7. Template Support

Support includes: 
- Access to any installation instructions or resources provided with the Template. 
- Help with Template access issues. 

Support does not include:
- Custom modifications or design changes.
- Showit platform troubleshooting.
- Ongoing website maintenance.

8. Modifications & Compatibility

You may modify the Template as you wish. However: 
- Modifications are your responsibility. 
- We cannot guarantee compatibility with future Showit updates or third-party integrations.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or gift the Template. 
- Claim the design or structure as your own work. 
- Use the Template for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the Template.
- No guarantees are made regarding performance, compatibility, or outcomes from using the Template. Your use of the Template is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
